Regional Onsite Monitoring of Public Schools Implementing Full In-Person Classes SY 2022-2023
Monitoring of the Public Schools that will implement Blended Learning Modality (BLM) Starting November 2, 2022
Dr. Maria D. Pastrana National High School was monitored and received technical assistance from the Regional Monitoring officials, FTAD Chief Michael Gerald Alba and Mr. Philips T. Monterola together with EPS Joan Alejaida R. Mauhay from Division of Quezon, PSDS Elenar P. Opena and Principal III Mario A. Guevarra discussed with Admin Jenson Pastrana of Mauban, Quezon regarding the possible establishment of the very first stand alone Senior High School in Mauban.
The visit also intends to validate documentation on the preparation and plans for the upcoming Full implementation of Face-to-Face Classes both for Junior and Senior High School.

School's Culture of Learning Action Cell
To adhere the guidelines stipulated in DO 36, s. 2016, the School for Academic Year 2021-2022, we have 11 School/department LAC sessions. Through school LAC /department Lac sessions, teachers do collaborative planning, problem solving, and action implementation that will lead to improved teachers’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes that will consequently and significantly improve student learning and teachers’ development. Through solid communication, teachers can communicate effectively. Likewise, teachers can share instructional strategies and techniques, make decisions about instructional issues, and come up with ideas that enhance learning for all members of the school community. Hence the workflow and overall productivity of the organization increases.
Local Government Unit- Mauban headed by Mayor Marita Turgo Llamas ,VM Marivel Trinidad and SB distributed 143 laptop units to the SH and Teachers of Dr. Maria D. Pastrana National High School.

HUMSS in Action: Culminating Activity

They were able to deliver food packs to the most needy individuals to the select Barangays in Mauban, Quezon.
The activity was conducted following the safety Protocol being implemented by IATF.
It is an awesome feeling that true happiness comes from giving. Helping others along the way makes you evaluate who your. Being able to help is a privilege for everyone for it teaches us how to become concerned to those who are in need, it helps us to understand the spirit of compassion and to share what we have and abolish the selfishness hidden deep within us. As part of the requirement in Work Immersion subject of Humanities and Social Science Strand, Grade 12 HUMSS C together with their adviser Mr. Bernardo Fajardo Jr. and some volunteer teachers and with the help of Mr. Rolando Fajardo, Brgy. Councilor journeyed to Brgy. San Lorenzo, Mauban
As part of the requirement in Work Immersion subject of Humanities and Social Science Strand, Grade 12 HUMSS C together with their adviser Mr. Bernardo Fajardo Jr. and some volunteer teachers and with the help of Mr. Rolando Fajardo, Brgy. Councilor journeyed to Brgy. San Lorenzo, Mauban Quezon on July 16, 2021 for gift giving activity held for the benefit of fellow Maubanin who are mostly affected by this global pandemic.

The concluding Learning Action Cell Session was virtually held by Dr. Maria D. Pastrana-Senior High School Batch I on July 19, 2021, startedon 1pm and ended up at around 5pm, which was facilitated by Ma’am Katrina R. Apordo, T-II.

Sanchez, MT-II, LAC Coordinator, and SHS Dept Head; Ma’am May A. Salvania, T-II-Ma’am Alma A. Almirez, MT-II; Sir Herbert P. Sancho, TII-Ma’am Rosiel C. Sancho; and Ma’am Erlinda C. Sierte, T-III-Ma’am Josephine G. Villaverde.
Teaching Demonstration is quarterly done during face-to-face classes, yet still being done despite our pandemic times as a sort of lifting and sharing teaching strategies which are responsive to educational needs of learners in difficult circumstances.

Sa pamamagitan nito ay madaragdagan at matutugunan ang kagamitang kinakailangan ng mga kaguruan at mag-aaral sa makabagong paraan ng pagtuturo at pag-aaral sa panahon ng pandemya.

Pinagkalooban ng llibreng printer, Iink, bond paper ang SPED class ng Dr. Maria D. Pastrana National High School , ito ay sa pangunguna ni Vice Mayor Marivel Trinidad, MSWDO Ma'am Ma Regina Cabaysa at PWD President Sir Alden Par Villamarzo. Ito ay malugod ng tinanggap ni Gng. Armie L. Valencia –SPED Coordinator ng nasabing paaralan. Ito ay naganap noong August 29,2020.
Free Anti FLu Vaccine para sa mga Gurong Pastranian
Nagkaloob ng libreng bakuna laban sa Flu ang mga guro ng Dr. Maria D. Pastrana National High School ito ay sa pakikipagtulungan ng Quezon Power Plant Limited Co. at Lokal na Yunit ng Pamahalaan . Layunin nito na maging ligtas ang mga guro bilang isa sa mga “frontliners” ng ating bayan ngayong panahon ng pandemiya.Ito ay isinagawa noong Setyembre 11 sa panguguna ng dalawang school nurses, Nurse Vivienne at Nurse Haidee. Naisagawa ng maayos at matiwasay ang nasabing programa.
DepEd Quezon provides Technical Assistance
Dr. Juanito Merle provides technical Assistance to Dr . Maria D. Pastrana National High School on operationalization of the School’s Learning Comtinuity Plan. He highlighted the vital role of teachers in the learning process as reflected o their daily schedule. He said that teachers must have long patience and understanding to our learners. He also give credits to the school’s best practices .
